Packaging supplies do cost us a significant amount of money and also eBay charge sellers a double digit fee for shipping even if it is free to the customer. As an example - a basic £2.79 shipping label item will cost a seller between £3.91 and £5.20 to actually ship once other costs are accounted for.
These costs I'm happy to subsidise - but feel it's more transparent to explain that FREE SHIPPING is far from FREE for sellers.

- Whilst almost all of our inventory is located in our own warehouses there maybe an occasion when you receive an item you ordered from us that has been shipped from a different location.
- Please be assured that we only ever list and advertise stock that we physically own and is not the property of any one else. To ease our storage and shipping we do use fulfillment centres and distribution warehouses both in the UK and around Europe. This makes our system more professional and allows us to offer the very best service possible. Again, Please rest assured that in all instances this is always our own stock and has never been sent from another seller.
 
- To avoid fraud we often invisibly mark items to ensure we can identify all items as being our own. This marking is not visible and in no way effects the items function or value.
