The contract between RCSpares.com and you (The buyer) will be binding at point of payment in full for the goods and shipping/handling charge.
 
Buyers Contact Information
 
All buyers must have an up to date address and contact number. This will allow us to deal with problems and resolve any issues.
 
Model Compatibility:
 
At RCSpares.com we research the model compatibility list to try and make sure that the part for sale fits the models we list. We always do our best to make sure this list is correct, but we can’t 100% guarantee that the part will fit every model. For this reason we strongly recommend that you check your models exploded view document to check your part numbers. This document is included with your model. It should also be available to view/download on the manufacturer’s website. If you need any help with this please send us a message. We are always happy to help.
 
Despatch Time
 
We endeavour to send all items ordered Monday to Friday before 3pm (excluding holidays) out the same day with your chosen shipping method from receipt of payment for goods (payment received in full including any shipping and handling charge). Orders placed Saturday to Sunday, or after 3pm on a weekday, will be sent out the next working day. All products will have a receipt of delivery.

Larger more expensive items will be sent with courier and an express option will be available. The services we use are the following:

Out of Stock
 
In some cases there may be stock errors. In this situation a member of staff will contact you and inform you of any delay. If a refund is requested at this point by you (The buyer) it will be granted and refunded in full to include any delivery charges.

As their may be multiple quantities of the same product on one listing, you may not receive the actual product in the images. We do however guarantee the product you receive will be the same as what you see in our images and in the same condition.

Returns
 
At RCSpares.com we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you may need to return or cancel an item. Any products returned must be in the same re-saleable condition that it was delivered to you in.
 
We offer a 30 day returns policy for customers on eBay. Please return your item(s) in securely wrapped packaging. You must include a copy of your eBay user name and order number for the item(s) you are returning, as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Our returns address will be provided to you by eBay.
 
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with our eBay team.
RCSpares.com cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during transit; please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and if okay a refund will be provided.
 
Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 48 hours will be dismissed for a claim.
 
We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling regulations.
